Biography
Janie Orrington-Myers, DO, DFACOS, FACS, is a general surgeon who cares for patients in PeaceHealth locations across Northwest Washington, including Bellingham, Sedro-Woolley and Friday Harbor.
Dr. Myers often treats conditions affecting the stomach, intestines and gallbladder. She believes in providing compassionate, high-quality care.
She completed advanced training in laparoscopic and robotic techniques at the Franciscan Health System in Tacoma, Wash. These are less invasive options that help patients recover faster with less discomfort.
Dr. Myers is also board-certified and recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. This reflects her commitment to high standards and new advances in surgical care.
Outside of work, Dr. Myers enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
