Dr. Holstine was raised in Minnesota and attended the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. He completed his internship and residency at the Genesys Regional Medical Center at Michigan State University.
Next to practicing orthopedic surgery, Dr. Holstine also serves as the medical director of the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Joint Replacement Center and of the Geriatric Fracture Program. As a board-certified provider, his special interests are in joint replacement and arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery.
Dr. Holstine thoroughly enjoys living in Bellingham. His hobbies include water sports, sailing, cycling and snowboarding. He and his wife have two children.
