Huriye Hande Aydinli MD

H. Hande Aydinli, MD, has joined the surgical staff at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend.

She will specialize in colorectal surgery and was most recently a colorectal surgery fellow at New York University Langone Health. She earned her doctor of medicine at Uludag University School of Medicine. Earlier in her career, she conducted extensive research on improving patient outcomes from colorectal surgeries.

“I’m excited about the group that I’m joining,” Aydinli said. “They are very caring, hardworking surgeons, and I take pride in joining the team.”

She is fluent in Turkish. The outdoors opportunities in Eugene/Springfield were among the reasons she chose to come to PeaceHealth, as was the chance to live in the Northwest and be closer to her husband’s place of work. She enjoys playing with her cat and visiting new coffee shops in her free time, and is a big “Lord of the Rings” fan.
