Holly Wells NP

Holly Wells is a driven, passionate nurse practitioner who enjoys the challenges and complexity of care that comes with internal medicine. She has a strong interest in working with patients who are facing complex chronic diseases, including hypertension, heart failure, COPD, chronic pain and kidney disease. Holly previously worked as a critical care nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, and later earned her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. “I believe in a team approach when caring for patients with chronic and complex health conditions, and I know that trust and respect is the foundation for a successful patient and provider relationship,” shares Wells. “I am an avid, ongoing learner in medicine who enjoys educating patients about their disease process so that they can make informed decision about their health.” Away from work, Wells enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. Her interests include hiking, traveling, attending outdoor concerts, working out and reading.
