Ashley N. Hill MD

Ashley Hill, MD, is a board-certified surgeon specializing in colorectal surgery at PeaceHealth General Surgery clinic. Her focus is on all colon and rectal problems, specializing in treatment of cancers, diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, ostomy surgery, rectal prolapse, fecal incontinence, anorectal surgery, and colonoscopy.

Dr. Hill is passionate about caring for patients of all ethnic groups, races, genders and sexual orientations. She has significant experience in minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgery and creating customized treatment plans for each patient's needs. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.

A Pennsylvania native, she earned her Medical Degree from Pennsylvania State University and completed general surgery residency training at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, where she served as the Academic Chief Resident. Dr. Hill has completed fellowships colon and rectal surgery and minimally invasive surgery. Prior to joining PeaceHealth, Dr. Hill practiced colorectal surgery in Illinois where she also served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Hill enjoys hiking, traveling, yoga, rooting for her favorite WNBA teams, and spending time with her spouse and pets.
