Arissa Walberg received her PhD in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University and completed her postdoc in Portland, OR where she integrated behavioral health into two of the county’s high school-based health clinics. Dr. Walberg spent the last five years in Yakima, WA providing behavioral health services at a family medicine residency clinic and teaching medical residents and psychology interns to do the same. She is excited to return to her hometown and to be joining PeaceHealth as the Psychology Lead in where she will be integrating behavioral health services into the pediatric clinic. In addition to this work, Dr. Walberg is looking forward to getting reacquainted with the area’s outdoor, food, and creative art opportunities.
