Economic Impact
Lane County’s largest employer
As the county’s largest employer, we employ over 5,300 employees. We invest more than $2 million a day in our Caregivers.
In FY25, PeaceHealth made $87 million in improvements in Lane County.
Whether it's building new facilities or getting the latest medical equipment, PeaceHealth is dedicated to providing high-quality care for Lane County residents.
Operating PeaceHealth in Oregon
It costs $1.25 billion each year to run our three hospitals and 100+ clinics in Lane County. More than half of this amount goes to our caregivers, including their salaries, benefits and payroll taxes — that’s more than $2 million a day.
Increased regional access to care
Critical access hospitals, like PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center, PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center and our clinics in Creswell and Pleasant Hill, are essential to providing health services in rural areas. Being part of a larger health system allows us to support these facilities and ensure that people in southern and western Lane County don’t have to travel far for care.
