PeaceHealth Home Health named among nation’s top-performing providers

| News

VANCOUVER, Wash. – PeaceHealth Home Health services in Vancouver and Longview, Washington, and Eugene and Springfield, Oregon, are top-rated agencies in U.S. News and World Report’s Best Home Health Agencies for 2026. This is the publication’s first-ever evaluation of home health providers nationwide, recognizing organizations that rise to the top in delivering exceptional care.

Home and Community services earned this distinction through high performance in both care quality and patient experience, as measured by U.S. News. Out of more than 12,000 agencies evaluated, 5,288 achieved this designation.

“Every day, our Home Health caregivers step into the homes of people recovering from disability, illness, injury, surgery or hospitalization and offer care, comfort, dignity and hope,” said Michelle James, Senior Vice President and Chief Quality, Patient Safety, Risk and Nursing Officer. “Our nurses, therapists, medical social workers and home health aides embody the heart of PeaceHealth’s Mission — helping individuals heal and thrive where they feel most at ease.”

The Best Home Health recognition, which also includes strong performances across all PeaceHealth communities, reflects rigorous evaluation grounded in data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Measures such as timely initiation of care, prevention of avoidable hospitalizations, and patient experience survey results all contributed to this achievement showcasing the skill, compassion and excellence our teams bring to every patient we serve.
