VANCOUVER, Wash. — PeaceHealth has named Brooke Lippincott as the new senior vice president of Ambulatory Services.
In this critical leadership role, Lippincott will work closely with our physician, clinical and system leaders to ensure our outpatient services are consistent across PeaceHealth and aligned with our Mission, growth plans and value‑based care goals. She will lead the strategic, operational and financial direction of our outpatient care — helping us strengthen access, quality, patient experience and long‑term sustainability across our primary care and specialty care clinics.
“Brooke brings a powerful combination of strategic insight, operational excellence and deep compassion for the people we serve,” shared Richard DeCarlo, executive vice president and chief operating officer. “Her leadership will help us strengthen and modernize our ambulatory services so we can better meet the needs of our communities today and into the future.”
Lippincott is a well‑respected healthcare strategy and operations leader with a decade of experience building and improving care delivery models that enhance quality and improve patient experience. She currently serves as the senior vice president and chief ambulatory officer at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, where she oversees ambulatory, access and outpatient operations across 97 locations and more than 1 million visits each year, leading a team of more than 2,400 employees across ambulatory and professional support services. Lippincott also previously held key leadership roles at Swedish Medical Group in Seattle and Northwest Permanente in Portland.
“I am truly honored to join PeaceHealth and inspired by the mission that guides its work,” Lippincott shared. “I'm looking forward to building strong partnerships across the organization and supporting teams as we continue advancing care for the patients and communities who rely on us.”
Lippincott will begin her new role at PeaceHealth on March 23.
