Vivienna Meljen, MD, is a board-certified physician at PeaceHealth Obstetrics & Gynecology in Vancouver, WA. In addition to speaking English, she is also fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Meljen has a special interest in minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery including fibroids and endometriosis. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and highly skilled in treating in a wide range of complex gynecologic conditions.

“Above all, my priority is to do the right thing for my patients, ensuring they receive the care they deserve and empower them through shared decision-making,” says Dr. Meljen. “I believe in taking care of each patient as I would want my loved ones to be treated.”

Dr. Meljen completed her medical degree at Dartmouth’s Geisel School of Medicine (NH) and residency training at Duke University Health System (NC).

Like so many of us in the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Meljen enjoys spending time in the great outdoors no matter the weather or season. She’s also an avid reader and loves dogs.
