Kialing attended medical school the Higher University of San Andres in La Paz, Bolivia before completing his residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York City. Kialing then went on to finish his residency program at the University of Missouri Hospital. Dr. Perez is the proud parent of two children. In his free time, Kialing enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, drawing and playing the guitar.
