Alaska

If you can't care for a new baby, you have options. Alaska’s Safe Haven law lets parents bring a healthy infant to any PeaceHealth hospital within 21 days of birth.

You can leave your newborn with any doctor, nurse or qualified staff member — no questions asked and no names required. This choice is legal and confidential.

Oregon

If you can't care for a new baby, you have options. Washington's Safe Haven law lets parents bring a healthy infant to any PeaceHealth hospital within 60 days of birth.

You can leave your newborn with any doctor, nurse or qualified staff member — no questions asked and no names required. This choice is legal and confidential.
