William F. Foster, M.D. received his medical degree from University of California at San Diego in 1987. He completed residencies from Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Colton, California in 1993 and from Lincoln Medical Center in Bronx, New York in 2002. Dr. Foster is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He joined the PeaceHealth medical staff in July of 2008.
