Shenjing Li, MD, is board certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. His areas of special interest include conditions that involve blockage of blood flow to the heart, coronary heart disease, pacemaker implantation, and nuclear medicine. Dr. Li earned his medical degree from Second Military Medical University in Shanghai, China. His residency in Internal Medicine was completed at Advent Health, Orlando, Florida, followed by an advanced training Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of South Dakota. “Interventional Cardiology is unique in that it allows us to act quickly when a patient is suffering from a heart attack, save their life, get them back on a road to recovery and discharge relatively quickly in most cases. My goal is to provide the best care and treatment by using evidence-based guidance,” shares Dr. Li. In his free time, Dr. Li enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, chess, and biking with his son and daughter.
