Sara was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated from Northern Arizona University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior, she attended Boise State University where she earned her degree in exercise science. Sara has experience working with orthopedic and vestibular patients. She is ASTYM certified to assist with healing musculoskeletal injuries. Professionally, she has interests in hypermobility, orthopedic injuries, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. In her free time, Sara enjoys exploring the PNW, traveling, reading, baking, and experiencing the vibrant food scene in the surrounding areas.
