Sandra Rood, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician. Dr. Rood specializes in general pediatrics and improving community health.

Dr. Rood has provided care for children and families for over two decades. She has practiced in private, community health and hospital settings. Dr. Rood earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics throughout her career.

Dr. Rood is committed to whole-child care. She brings pediatric medicine, behavioral health and community resources together. She has led clinical initiatives addressing asthma, diabetes and drug-affected newborns.
