Samantha Plum, MD, is a neurologist in Bellingham. She completed her medical degree at Saint James School of Medicine in Park Ridge, Illinois and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and her residency and internship at Prisma Health Upstate in Greenville, South Carolina. She also holds a master’s in healthcare administration and a bachelor’s degree in biology.

Dr. Plum has led clinical case discussions, journal clubs, and grand rounds on topics like stroke, epilepsy and neuroplasticity. Her certifications include EEG and EMG interpretation, lumbar puncture, and Botox for migraine and spasticity. She is a member of the American Neurology Association.

She enjoys volunteering and mentoring students. Dr. Plum believes in clear communication and teamwork to support patient care.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and connecting with her community.
