Dr. Rice, a Ketchikan resident prior to becoming a physician, graduated from the University of Washington Medical School and completed his residency there as well. He is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Rice enjoys the collegial relationship he has with his partners. Meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life make his practice very interesting.
