Monique Mester-Robertson, FNP-C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who served an extensive career as a nurse working in many different settings, from cardiac to outpatient surgery, before becoming a nurse practitioner. Mester-Robertson earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. “My philosophy of care centers on preventive care and helping individuals take an active role in their health,” shares Mester-Robertson. “I enjoy providing immediate care across the life span and guiding patients to the best resources to meet their individual needs,” she adds. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, boating and being outdoors. You’ll also find that she’s an animal lover.
