Karaline Fusco, Ph.D., joined the PeaceHealth Outpatient Behavioral Health team in Bellingham in January 2023. Dr. Fusco earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks and completed her Ph.D. in counseling psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Dr. Fusco has had an array of clinical experiences, including group and individual treatment in both inpatient and residential settings, outpatient therapy and psychological testing, and in health psychology rotations. Her past research projects have focused on disparities in healthcare. Her clinical interests include interpersonal/relational issues, personality disorders, autism, health psychology, trauma, depression and anxiety. Dr. Fusco sees individuals ages 18 and older. Regarding treatment philosophy, Dr. Fusco said, "I appreciate the uniqueness of each individual and strive to foster a collaborative environment where beneficial change can take place." In her free time, Dr. Fusco enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her family.
