Dr. Gory is an interventional cardiologist at Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute. In his many years as a heart specialist, he has held several leadership positions at PeaceHealth. These include chief of cardiology and director of the Oregon Heart Center. Dr. Gory specializes in less-invasive ways to diagnose and treat heart conditions. He focuses on minimally invasive procedures to open blocked arteries. These techniques often mean less pain and faster recovery for patients. He is board certified in internal medicine, heart disease and interventional cardiology. These certifications reflect his commitment to maintaining the highest standards in heart care. Dr. Gory earned his medical degree from what is now OHSU. He completed his training at St. Louis University, a top medical research program. He has gone on to lead studies into various types of advanced heart treatments. A longtime Eugene resident, Dr. Gory has dedicated his career to serving the heart health needs of his community. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and going fishing.
