Claire Wolff, NP, is a nurse practitioner who specializes in primary care and family medicine.

Claire earned her nursing degree from Seattle University. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University.

Claire’s practice philosophy is to provide patient-centered care for the whole person. She is passionate about providing care that puts patients first.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys a multitude of water sports. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Claire is a part of the Junior League of Lower Columbia.
