Celeste Kahn (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian focused on providing a Health at Every Size (HAES) centered space where she can meet you with compassion and understanding. Her goal is to help you achieve your health goals in a way that embraces the joy and pleasure of food. Celeste holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education from Western Washington University. She completed her dietetic internship at Oregon State University and has been with PeaceHealth as an outpatient dietitian since 2018. Outside of work, Celeste’s main hobby seems to be collecting new hobbies. She enjoys finding ways to get outside, such as hiking, backpacking, and fly fishing. She is also often working on a creative project on the sewing machine, carving handmade stamps, or knitting. In the kitchen, her favorite thing to make is homemade ice cream, and is always looking for new flavor combinations!
