Cameron Chalker, MD, is a board-certified physician at PeaceHealth Hematology & Oncology in Vancouver, Washington. He specializes in treating head/neck, thoracic and genital/urinary cancers. He is also involved in research to help make treatments more tolerable for patients.

“A good treatment plan is one that allows patients to both live longer and live well,” explains Dr. Chalker. “I provide cutting-edge, personalized recommendations to my patients. Then they can choose which treatment makes the most sense for their body and their life.”

Dr. Chalker studied in both Europe and the United States. He started with graduate school at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Next, he completed his residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Most recently he served as Chief Fellow at Oregon Health and Science University.

Away from work, Dr. Chalker and his wife enjoy family time with their new baby. He loves spending time outdoors in the Pacific Northwest and trying foods from many cultures.
