We welcomed Allison Robinson, MD, FACS, FASCRS, to the PeaceHealth Medical Group General Surgery team of physicians in 2020. Dr. Robinson is a retired Captain in the Medical Corps of the U.S. Navy with 25 years of military service and medical practice.

While stationed at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, Calif., Dr. Robinson established a colorectal program that improved colorectal cancer screening rates and provided earlier intervention and patient treatment strategies. It was here that she received a Meritorious Service Medal for her numerous accomplishments.
