Pre-natal yoga class is designed to ease the discomforts of pregnancy and help to prepare your body and mind for childbirth. The practice of yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation increase flexibility, build strength, balance and a mind/body connection. Participants also find great benefit in connecting with other pregnant woman. No yoga experience is necessary.
