Exercise designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and improve coordination and balance. Taught by a Certified Pilates Instructor. Wednesdays, 9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. Located in the Cardiovascular Wellness & Rehabilitation Group Exercise Studio, first floor of the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute.
