VANCOUVER, Wash. – PeaceHealth will present a free one-hour webinar, offering participants the opportunity to learn new weight loss tips and how to improve eating habits.

Eating Smarter: How to Manage Your Weight with Your Mind,” will be held from noon to 1 p.m. (PST), Thursday, Jan. 25.

The webinar will feature Lindsey King, PsyD, a PeaceHealth clinical psychologist, who helps clients undergoing weight-loss surgery. In this webinar, she’ll share tips for using the mind to eat in healthy ways and achieve weight-loss goals. Attendees will learn to identify their emotions; practice mindful eating; monitor behaviors and challenge beliefs; and relate to food in healthier ways.
