As part of our over-all strategy of increasing community health and mitigating the greatest hazards causing injury and accidents, PeaceHealth Office of EMS, Inury Preventiona and Trauma Education sponsors and coordinates major collaborative community efforts, coalitions, and services.

EMS AND TRAUMA EDUCATION AND OUTREACH

  • Twice Annual ATLS certification and re-certification courses

  • ATLS Instructor Course

  • TCAR

  • TGR/MGR/PGR promotion

  • Website development for EMS

  • EMS Grand Rounds x2 in January day=CCT focus   evening=rural focus

  • Monthly outreaches for at-risk populations

  • Free bicycle helmets and safety education

  • Media engagement in child safety topics and services
