Our Services

Is chronic pain controlling your life? The PeaceHealth Southwest Pain Rehabilitation Program is designed to help people who suffer from chronic pain and want other treatment methods to manage it.

Individual Treatment Plans

Every patient is given an individualized treatment plan. Each treatment plan is a six week comprehensive program that may include:

  • Medical management and coordination
  • Physical therapy
  • Psychological counseling and problem solving
  • Biofeedback training and self-hypnosis
  • Group education, which includes:
    • the chronic pain syndrome and how to use the medical system wisely
    • medications in the use of chronic pain and myofascial pain
    • ergonomics and body mechanics training
    • physical activity and reactivation
    • depression and anxiety
    • nutrition, sleep and stress management
