  • Prior to scheduling an appointment: If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms of possible infection, please notify us when you schedule an appointment and before you arrive. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911.
  • Bring a mask: For everyone's safety, masks are required in all PeaceHealth facilities.
  • Entrance screening: Upon arrival, everyone will be screened for symptoms. Anyone with an elevated temperature will be connected with appropriate care.
  • Visitor restrictions: One visitor is allowed for each patient scheduled for an appointment.

Our cadiovascular providers provide high quality care through education, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. They are committed to doing this with compassion, respect and confidentiality.


This clinic is licensed as part of PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. You may receive a separate charge or billing for facility fees in addition to any professional fees for services, which may result in a higher out-of-pocket expense.
