There are many ways for you to take care of your heart and vascular system, from the exercise and activity you undertake with the outside of your body, to what you put inside your body. This section focuses on healthy lifestyle choices, from activity and stress management to food and nutrition. Among other things, we offer sample menus and recipes, a tobacco cessation program, and methods for managing stress.
