  • Prior to scheduling an appointment: If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms of possible infection, please notify us when you schedule an appointment and before you arrive. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911.
  • Bring a mask: For everyone's safety, masks are required in all PeaceHealth facilities regardless of vaccination status.

The Pediatric Medical Nutrition team including nutritionists and speech pathologists provide a team approach to the assessment and management of feeding concerns for children.

Our feeding team offers support for the following conditions:

  • Failure to thrive
  • Transitioning to oral feeding from tube feeding (NG, G tube, J tube)
  • Oral motor delays/dysfunction
  • Feeding and swallowing disorders; dysphagia
  • Poor transitioning to age appropriate diet (i.e. bottle to purees to solids etc.)
  • Picky eater, Food refusals
  • Sensory based feeding difficulties
  • Food Allergy
  • Tube feeding/Enteral Nutrition (NG, G-tube/PEG, J-tube)
  • Parenteral Nutrition
  • General healthy nutrition education
  • Weight Management
  • Infant & Child nutrition (Premature & Term Infants, Children 1-12)
  • Gastro-intestinal disorder ( IBS, Short Bowel, Hirschsprung's)
  • Hyperlipidemia
