  • Prior to scheduling an appointment: If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms of possible infection, please notify us when you schedule an appointment and before you arrive. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911.
  • Bring a mask: For everyone's safety, masks are required in all PeaceHealth facilities regardless of vaccination status.
  • Entrance screening: Upon arrival, everyone will be screened for symptoms. 
  • Vaccines: Information about COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters can be found at peacehealth.org/vaccines

Primary care for people of all ages, including women’s health care, is provided by PeaceHealth Medical Group. Home Health and hospice services are offered to south Lane County residents by PeaceHealth Sacred Heart.
