If you have trouble sleeping or staying awake, we can help. Accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, our Sleep Disorders Center is led by board-certified providers who can help diagnose and treat sleep disorders, including insomnia, narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea, parasomnias and periodic limb movement (restless leg syndrome).

A good night's sleep is important to your well-being. Since most people spend roughly one-third of their lives asleep, it's easy to see how quality of sleep directly affects the quality of your life.

If you don't get enough restful sleep, you may be at a greater risk for:

  • Depression
  • Diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Obesity
  • Premature aging
  • Stroke

One out of three Americans has a sleep disorder that can make sleeping or waking hours miserable. You may be suffering needlessly and endangering your health without knowing you have a problem.
