Accomplishments
Our PFAC serves as a voice for positive feedback and our focus is on improving the patient experience. We helped in the implementation of these projects:
- Pet Care program ensures pets are cared for while patients are receiving care.
- Quiet Hours project.
- Emergency Department video phone acquired and installed for hearing-impaired patients to make phone calls to loved ones.
- Design approval of new patient whiteboards.
