Covered Bridge Society

In 2004, the Cottage Grove Community Hospital Foundation Board of Directors created the Covered Bridge Society to honor donors who generously support high-quality health care for rural Lane and Douglas Counties.

The Covered Bridge Society refers to one of the more unique attributes—six beautiful and historical covered bridges—of the Cottage Grove area,

The Covered Bridge Society has two main purposes:

  • To encourage charitable gifts essential to compassionate, quality health care at Cottage Grove Community Hospital
  • To recognize the generosity of donors whose compassion moves them to support outstanding medical care for our community.

Covered Bridge Society members receive the following benefits and recognition for their donations:

$100-$249—Centennial Bridge Level

  • Name in Foundation Newsletter
  • Foundation Newsletter mailing
  • Invitation to annual Cottage Grove Community Hospital medical lecture/social event

$250-$499—Currin Bridge Level 

  • Everything in Level 1, plus;
  • Small memorial paver
  • Invitation to annual breakfast with hospital administrator

$500-$999—Mosby Creek Bridge Level

  • Everything in Level 2 (except small paver); plus
  • Medium memorial paver
  • Invitation to annual Foundation dinner

$1,000 and over—Stewart Bridge Level

  • Everything in Level 3 (except medium paver); plus
  • Large memorial paver
