Heather Schlessman, RN, PNP, PhD, joined PeaceHealth Medical Group in 2015 following a teaching position in Honolulu. "I love having the opportunity to contribute to children and their families in a meaningful way.” Heather has a longstanding career in the state of Oregon, having taught at various community colleges around the state and serving as a pediatric nurse practitioner for clinics ranging from Doernbecher Children’s Hospital to a private clinic that she owned. She has a husband, three adult children and three grandchildren.
