Pectus deformities, such as Pectus Excavatum and Pectus Carinatum cause the chest to a have a “bowed out” or “pigeon chest” appearance. With age, pectus conditions can potentially lead to more serious health consequences and quality of life concerns. Parents are often the first to note children’s chest wall deformities and are encouraged to seek an expert evaluation upon doing so. Click here to visit our Pectus Center website
