Practice Area Experiences

The residency program customizes each rotation experience to fit the goals and teaching needs of each individual resident using a selective rotation scheduling process.  Residents will choose a required 6 weeks of initial internal medicine experiences from one of 3 inpatient rotation teams, then complete a minimum of 12 total weeks in acute care.  Residents will choose a required 6 weeks of core ambulatory care experience from one of two clinic teams.
