Biography

We welcomed Jonathan Newhall, PA-C, to the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Cancer Center team of providers in 2018.

Jonathan’s medical training spanned across many departments and specialties, but he found his niche in providing cancer care. His most recent clinical experience was at the Hillman Cancer Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Prior to completing his physician assistant studies, Jonathan provided basic life support in both emergency and routine situations as an emergency medical technician (EMT).

In addition to providing high-quality care, listening is incredibly important to Jonathan. His goal is for his patients to feel heard and cared for through the difficult circumstances they face.

“I strive to provide quality and compassionate medical care, supporting my patients every step of the way,” he said.

Outside of the clinical setting, Jonathan enjoys being outdoors, hiking with his wife and Bernese Mountain dog, trail running and backpacking.
