Huan Li, MD, PhD, joined the PeaceHealth Medical Group Neurology team of providers in November 2018. As a general neurologist, Dr. Li sees patients who have a wide range of neurologic conditions, including movement disorders (such as Parkinson’s disease, tremors, and dystonia), epilepsy, headaches, cerebrovascular disease, dementia and neuropathies. She has special clinical interests in movement disorders, epilepsy and headaches. Her prior clinical research focused on cerebral vascular disease. Dr. Li strives to provide patient-centered care by listening carefully to a patient’s history and concerns and tailoring each treatment plan to fit an individual’s specific needs and values. She partners with her patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. “My care is rooted in compassion, communication and collaboration,” she said. Dr. Li is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin). Outside of the clinical setting, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, biking and traveling.
