Dr. Hazrat joined PeaceHealth after completing his residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, Chicago, Illinois in 2015. "I chose PeaceHealth because I wanted to focus on patient care and not worry about the business aspect of medicine. I chose Cottage Grove for the same reason I went to medical school - to help a community most in need of family practice." Dr. Hazrat enjoys playing soccer, hockey and spending time with his wife and two young children. He is fluent in Urdu and Persian.
