Goal:
Educate the multi-disciplinary care team in the latest diagnosis and treatment techniques in the ongoing effort to improve care for cancer patients in the Lower Columbia Region

Targent Audience
Physicians from a variety of disciplines, i.e.: Oncology, Hematology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pathology, Radiology, and Surgery as well as Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and other interested health care providers

Learner Objectives:

  • Apply updated knowledge and skills in the diagnosis of cancer and the latest treatment options and healthcare trends in the treatment of cancer
  • Employ and describe benefits of multidisciplinary staging of cancer cases
  • Recognize improved attitude and conduct of the provider as related to cancer care
