Type 2 Diabetes Education Class

Description: Classes are available to individuals with type 2 diabetes with a doctor referral. Classes meet once per week for four weeks in a row on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to noon or Thursdays from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Contact us for scheduled dates. Prerequisite: A doctor's referral is required to participate and registration is required.There is a cost to participate, which may be covered by insurance. Individuals that meet the financial need requirements could be eligible to participate for free or at a reduced cost through Peace Health Bridge Assistance program.
