Sharing your end-of-life care decisions with loved ones and your health care providers ensures your choices are respected. The My Health, My Choices workshop is taught by trained facilitators through the Whatcom Alliance for Healthcare Access. They guide individuals and their loved ones through end-of-life care conversations and can assist with the completion of advance directives. Registration is not required.
