Functional Fitness

Total body workout combining spin and cycling along with components to improve strength and flexibility.
Taught by a Certified Fitness Instructor. Mondays and Wednesdays, 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. Located in the Cardiovascular Wellness & Rehabilitation Group Exercise Studio, first floor of the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute.
Free orientation class every 2nd Friday of the month from 3-4 p.m. in the Group Exercise Studio.
