Chair Yoga

Gentle yoga postures, stretching and relaxation exercises done in a seated position. No experience with yoga is necessary.
Taught by a Certified Yoga Therapist. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, 11:00 a.m. - 12 p.m. Located in the Cardiovascular Wellness & Rehabilitation Group Exercise Studio, first floor of the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute.
Free orientation class every 2nd Friday of the month from 3 - 4 p.m. in the Group Exercise Studio.
