Gentle yoga postures, stretching and relaxation exercises done in a seated position. No experience with yoga is necessary. Taught by a Certified Yoga Therapist. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, 11:00 a.m. - 12 p.m. Located in the Cardiovascular Wellness & Rehabilitation Group Exercise Studio, first floor of the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute.
