Introduction to the eight forms of Tai Chi, designed to help improve balance and prevent falls. All movements adhere to fundamental principles of Tai Chi, involving weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing stances, body alignment and coordinated movements. Taught by a Certified Yoga Therapist. Mondays and Fridays, 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. Located in the Cardiovascular Wellness & Rehabilitation Group Exercise Studio, first floor of the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute.
